We’ve updated 598,901 Korean Business Profiles with Human Resource (HR) data, including the latest January 2026 update. This release provides up to 5 years of history for businesses and companies, with monthly breakdowns where available—supporting deeper workforce trend analysis beyond a single point-in-time employee count.
As part of this update, we also refreshed the industry classification for these business profiles, helping improve search accuracy and sector-based analysis across KOBDi.

Where to find it
HR data appears within each Korean company’s Business Profile → HR Info section. Information is available for all public companies and private companies with more than 1 employee (where data is available).
Search & exports
Use the KOBDi Korea Industry Search to filter for Korean companies with HR data and refine results by number of employees. Updated industry classification data also helps improve sector filtering and comparison. HR fields are available in exports for eligible membership plans.
